And I’m drawn to small details and moments that make a piece feel crafted yet human. When shooting, I tend to fade into the background—people often forget I’m filming—which helps capture natural performances instead of self-conscious ones. My handheld work is composed rather than chaotic, and I’m intentional about holding when something real is happening so the scene can breathe.
